This week's theme over at the COMIC TWART is the great DC Comics war character, G.I. Robot. Above is just a clip, make sure to check out the blog to see the whole thing. 4 weeks in a row now we've been working with characters I really like. Followers of the blog know I have a fascination with DC's early war characters, although I'll admit the Robot is the one I have the least familiarity with. I don't have any of the old books, and finding reference (especially for the face) was pretty difficult. I ended up making up a lot of it which is why I'm glad things are open to interpretation over at the TWART. I'm under a deadline crunch at the moment so there probably won't be a whole lot of posting this month, most likely just for stuff like this. Thanks stopping in folks.

You guys are having way too much fun with these choices. GI Robot is just one of those characters that is just too cool. DC should bring back Showcase and have a lot of those characters that were in there being interpreted by todays creators.
