Sinestro!

Continuing Villain Week, here's DC Comics' Green Lantern nemesis, Sinestro! I've been looking forward to this one all week, because he's one of those guys that I've been meaning to draw forever, just never got around to. I went back and forth on which costume to put him in, the classic black and blue or the new Sinestro Corps yellow and black. Ended up going with the new uniform as I kind of feel like it's the one he should have been wearing the whole time.

I've talked before about how sometimes when I sketch these new (to me) characters I really get into them, and this is no different. I would totally dig drawing something where Sinestro shows up for a while. He's a fun character with one of the best back stories in my opinion. There aren't that many villains left with mustaches.
