Here's something I've been talking about forever but never done anything about, an actual page of Encyclopedia Brown. I've been racking my brain for a while on different ways I want to approach this, and while I may not be completely 100% on what I've got here, it's heading in a direction I like. I may keep tinkering with this page in particular just to see how I want to go forward with these. This story is from the first book, Encyclopedia Brown, Boy Detective. The way I've got it laid out right now this would be about 4-5 pages, but we'll see. I'd like to say I'll add a new page for this one each week, but with the holidays fast approaching, I'm not going to promise anything like that.

Will we have to turn the final page upside down?
i think the coolest thing about this page is the tilt of his head in the final panel. it's such a small detail, but it really gives some insight into his character. love it!
Encyclopedia Brown! I haven't thought of him in years- I loved the books growing up. Can't wait to see more!
I'm pretty sure Penguin Books owns the rights to Encyclopedia Brown these days. Maybe you should work up a pitch sometime.

This is outstanding. What a cliffhanger!
Wonderful! More please.
Oh my gosh. I remember reading this story. I'm glad some adult remembers the superheroes and other epic stories (like Encyclopedia Brown) from childhood.
